 ^{The neighborhood needs your help!  Specifically the fun, social part of your neighborhood needs your help.  Right now we do not have a social committee to organize the fun events that so many of us enjoy throughout the year.  These are the same events that make our neighborhood unique and one of the best.  Please consider getting involved.  We would like to consider doing things in a new way.  In one meeting we could plan the year, organize and assign responsibilities, and maybe come up with some new activities.}
