Homeowner's Association Deed Restrictions

^{As a resident of the Woods of Aurora, we would like to make everyone aware of our Deed Restrictions.}

                        ^{1. We are all required to have either a porch light or a post lamp illuminated from dusk till dawn.}

                        ^{2. We are not permitted to have any free standing, unattached structures or buildings that require}

                             ^{a building permits on our property.  For example: no sheds}

                        ^{3. No grade changes may be made in our yards without approval from the city.} 

                            ^{(These matters concern drainage of our yards.)}

^{Questions regarding these restrictions should be directed to the Homeowners Association Board.}
